Redefined Professionals for 21st Century Schools<\/a>.<\/p>\n In an introduction on the report \u00a0<\/a>the authors put focus on four main themes that are important for TE<\/p>\n 1. There is an urgent need to recognize teachers\u2019 work as complex and demanding.<\/em><\/p>\n 2. Innovative pathways in recruitment and continual innovation in teacher preparation programmes are required.<\/em><\/p>\n 3. Teacher education is enhanced by comprehensive teacher induction that fosters lifelong learning.<\/em><\/p>\n 4.
